- €500,000 – Acquisition of participation units in venture capital or investment funds.
- Capital and Employment Option

Procedure
- Choose and make a qualifying investment (e.g., real estate, funds).
- Gather and legalize required documents.
- Obtain a Portuguese NIF (tax number) and open a bank account.
- Submit application online to Portuguese Immigration (AIMA/SEF).
- Attend biometric appointment in Portugal.
- Receive Golden Visa residence permit (valid 2 years).
- Renew by maintaining investment and meet stay requirements (7 days first year,
14 days every two years). - After 5 years, apply for permanent residency or citizenship.
